Location: Charleston Power Yoga is located on Upper King St in historic downtown Charleston,SC, between Morris and Cannon. Two blocks North of Basil and Chai and across from SuperBad
Driving Directions: Easy access! From Mt Pleasant follow 17S and take the King St Exit. Turn Right on King St, we are located on King between Cannon and Morris. From James Island/West Ashley take 17N to Cannon, turn right on King.
Parking: Metered parking is abundant on Upper King and various side streets. The closest parking garage is on Ann between Meeting and King.

FAQ's:
Can beginners attend classes? All of our Power Vinyasa and Power Flow classes are open to all levels and modifications will be given as needed. We do recommend that raw beginners attend Power 1 to learn more about form and alignment. Power 2 classes do require more experience.
How hot are the classes? Our Power Vinyasa, Power Flow, Power Hour and Power 2's are all heated 90-92 degrees and Power 1 and Deep Stretch are taught at room temperature. The heat will relax your muscles and allow you to take your practice to another level. Sweating is good for you!
How often should I practice? Consistency is the key to success in yoga. 2-3 days per week will create transformation over time, for life changing results practice 4-5 days per week.
What should I bring to class? Bring your mat, a towel and water. We do have these items for sale or rent should you need them. All personal items are to be left in cubbies outside the room, including shoes and cellphones.
