Studio Policies

Before you arrive at the studio

We are located in the Patriots Plaza (Whole Foods/Staples) shopping center center at 857 Houston Northcutt Blvd Mt Pleasant, SC 29464. Our doors open 15 minutes before the scheduled class time. 

Parking is available anywhere in the shopping center, except the spots labeled 15 minute parking only. Please note, the parking lot is most crowded before the 12:15pm weekday class so plan a few extra minutes to find a spot if this class time is the one that works for your schedule. 

Our class sizes are limited and pre-booking is REQUIRED for ALL classes. If there is a waitlist for a class, you will receive an email and/or text if/when a spot becomes available.

When you arrive at the studio

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins to give yourself time to get checked in and settled.

Things to bring with you for class: Yoga mat, face towel and/or mat towel, and a water bottle. We have mats and towels available for rent or purchase. We do not have a water fountain, however we do have bottled water for $1.

Please leave your cell phone on silent in the lobby. If you need to bring it in with you because of an extenuating circumstance, let the teacher know prior to class.

If you have any injuries, limitations, or concerns be sure to notify the teacher before class begins so they can help you stay safe.

During class

Please be mindful of those practicing around you and keep your area and yourself neat during class. 

We recommend staying for the entire duration of the class. Savasana is a very important part of your practice and gives you a final few moments to yourself. If you do need to leave early, please do so quietly and before the teacher ques the final resting pose.
