For Beginners
Which class should I take?
Deep Stretch/Yin
is for those who want a more restorative class. Taught in in a warm room, combining relaxation and static stretch postures. Our deep stretch and yin classes allow the body to relax into deeper flexibility, following the body's natural range of movement. These classes stay close to the floor and are a great balance to our power classes and the daily wear and tear on our bodies.
